Couple maternity photoshoots are the most common and we can also take a few photos of just the future mother. Are you expecting your second, third, or fourth baby? You don't have to take photos alone or with just your partner anymore, but what's new are the children you already have. And I think you and your children shouldn't miss such family photos.

When is the right time for a maternity photo shoot?
Personally, I would recommend a photo shoot sometime in the second trimester or at the beginning of the third trimester (approx. 25-33 weeks). Every pregnancy is different and every woman has a different idea of a pregnancy photo shoot. It depends on how you feel. In the first trimester, a woman is usually nauseous and her belly is not yet so visible. In the second, energy can increase and the belly is already visible and the woman happily plans a photo shoot for the third trimester. But in the third trimester, you don't know how you will be. Someone is tired, has trouble sleeping, swelling, a lot of weight gain and doesn't feel comfortable. That's why I wouldn't leave the photo shoot to the last minute. If you want more photo shoots during pregnancy, you can also decide according to the seasons and enjoy the photo shoot to the fullest - for example, one photo shoot alone in a long dress and strong makeup like a forest fairy and the second more natural with your partner, more elegant, funny, joyful.
How far in advance should I schedule a photo shoot?
I am currently a mom of two on parental leave. Available dates are very tight. Sometimes I can be there the next day, sometimes in two months. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can choose the best date. We can easily make an appointment six months in advance. If the upcoming date is not suitable, we will definitely agree on another one. If you have any questions about the photo shoot, do not hesitate to write them to me by e-mail, or I will be happy to call you and we can discuss everything.
What should I wear?
Maternity photoshoots focus on the belly. Tight clothing always looks better, of course, appropriately chosen according to the location and season. For example, in spring, a tight sweater + a light unbuttoned jacket and tight pants or a sweater dress in soft colors will look good. In summer, long romantic summer dresses are definitely the way to go. After summer, strong earthy colors stand out - mustard, brick, brown, green (of course, it depends on your color typology), which will emphasize the colorful leaves of autumn. In winter, a sweater dress or a tight sweater and pants and a strong coat look great - e.g. red, blue, but also neutral colors (especially in combination with snow). Still not sure what to wear? Feel free to send me outfit ideas and we will choose the right one together. In general, I think that elegant clothing looks better. Imagine that you want to look really good. You are going to a wedding or to dinner at a nice restaurant. This goes for both moms and dads. Avoid pictures, logos, overly comfortable clothing such as sweatpants, sweat dresses, t-shirts, hoodies, and jeans.
